Welcome to Hotel Panchachuli - INN Munsyari Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making any booking. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

📅 1. Booking Policy

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A valid ID proof is required for all guests at check-in.
  • Advance payment is mandatory to confirm your booking.
  • Booking details (dates, room type, number of guests) must be accurate; any incorrect information may result in cancellation.

💰 2. Payment Policy

  • Payments can be made through credit/debit card, bank transfer, UPI, or cash deposit.
  • All prices are quoted in INR (Indian Rupees) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Any additional charges (meals, room service, or special requests) must be settled directly at the hotel.

❌ 3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 days before check-in are eligible for a partial refund.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or no-shows will result in full retention charges.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

🏠 4. Check-In & Check-Out Policy

  • Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

🧳 5. Guest Responsibility

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.
  • Any damage caused to hotel property will be chargeable.
  • Illegal activities or misconduct will lead to immediate cancellation of stay without refund.

🌐 6. Agency Responsibility

  • We act as a booking intermediary between guests and hotels.
  • The agency is not responsible for hotel management, maintenance, or guest conduct.
  • Any dispute related to service quality will be addressed directly by the hotel.

⚖️ 7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Munsyari , Pithoragarh , (U.K)
